Return Policy

Rijilok Wellness aims at providing the top quality products to its users. However in case of any dissatisfaction that may arise in relation to the product/services offered by us we shall be there for your assistance. Customers are our top priority thus we ensure well defined refund policies and procedures. However these policies do not includes the goods that are not accompanied by an invoice dating not older than 15 days. Also the goods covered under the refund schemes do not include those that have been intentionally damaged or destroyed.

Refund Policy

These are the conditions that must be satisfied in order to be eligible for refund.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that has been delivered to you.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the invoice or any other proof of purchase of goods.
4. The products applied for refund must be in marketable condition.
5. Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
6. Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date.
7. The Consultant must return the product(s) to Rijilok Wellness Centers.
8. Taxes mean all States, central, VAT, GST Taxes Levied in India.
9. The Customer need to update the respective Bank account details or Card details on Brand’s website to get the refund amount for product return.

'Marketable Condition’ refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from customer/ distributor as a return product. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Brand Centres. Once we receive your item, we shall inspect it and notify you with regard to receiving the item as soon as possible. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after carefully inspecting the item under the care of the experts.

If your return is validly approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or any other original mode of payment as preferred by you. You will receive the credit within 7 working amount of days, depending on the time taken for processing the refund to different banking institutions.
